Wowza!!

This weekend I realized that I only have a couple of weeks until I graduate!!! :) I can't believe it!!! Ughhhh it feels like it went so fast but was sooooo much!!!! I can't believe it really!!! The more that I think about it the more that I get stressed out, because there is sooooooooo much to do!!! It's crazy!!! But, I can't wait for graduation though, I've been so busy to even be excited about it, but the closer it gets the more excited that I am that I am going to soon have a hood! And an MA!!!! Yayyy!!!! :D

Okay okay enough about graduation! On to something else, this weekend was Gma Yoya's bday! Well...b-day weekend & the 85th surprise party went off without a hitch!....wellllllll minus the fact that because I was so busy getting the party together that I actually missed the surprise! Yay! That was sooooo NOT cool!!! :/ but what can I do now?!? Other then that our CASINO themed cupcakes were a HIT!!! And may I say they were so cute & color coordinated! :)

I've been working a lot! Which makes me happy because we have lots of things planned in the upcoming months...we're hoping to get tickets for opening day tomorrow! We have tickets to go to the Lopez Tonight show on April 11th! We're planning a trip to the desert for coachella on the 15th! We have Easter & Victor's mom's bday! The March of Dimes is on the 30th! Then we have my graduation/my dad's bday! Mother's day! Joseph's B-Day party...Weesa & Matthew's B-Day! Also father's day!!! (somewhere in there Bryson will be born!) Then right after that 4th of July!!! Then Delylah's getting baptized (or so I was informed today!) A vegas trip for mine/jewel's/gustavo's 21st & Luis' b-days!!! Then our family trip to Palm Springs! And after allllllllllllllll that! In November we're going on our anniversary trip!! Wow!!!! That's a lot!!! NOW I know why I'm stressed!!!! :0

AND in alllll that we have to save money! :/ I need a full-time job!!! :(

But, I'm excited for all of it and can't wait!

iPad :)

So we got our brand new iPad 2 yesterday, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! I swear it's like a little tiny computer! Or a BIG huge iPhone! Either way it's FANTASTIC!!!

Other then that... I'm just trying to finish all of my school work without going BONKERZ!!! Considering my group assignment has been killer & my teacher wants approximately 100 pages of writing I think I'm doing pretty decent (or at least I hope I am).

My grandma Yoya's 85th B-Day is this Saturday & it's a SURPRISE so it should be so much fun...made me a little sad though thinking that the last time my family threw a surprise party was for my gpa's 65th bday :( and what makes it just a little more bittersweet is that the theme is VEGAS! Same theme my gpa's party was....

Me & Jumps are going to attempt to make 50 cupcakes for the shin dig & let's just hope & pray they are a success :)

I have been planning a Jump Rope For Heart event @ Sunset & so far so good! It's only been 1 week & the students have already raised OVER $300!!! So exciting! We'll see how much they can raise by April 8th!

Okay! This may be a short post! But now that I have this VERY convenient iPad I shall post more! :)

Fun Fun Fun!!

Wow! I'm far behind! I haven't written in a week!!! Okay Okay I'm gonna try to be better! So...my love's bday was a success!! We started celebrating on Thursday with Jersey Shore night & 88c crunch wrap supremes! :D It was fun, as always!!

On Friday, I made dinner lasagna....



and it was delicious especially with the garlic bread that I made :)

We went over to Alex's to celebrate his bday and I then came home to try to cook cupcakes in an attempt to stay awake until 4 am so that my love wouldn't be late for work, ummmm bad idea, somehow I fell asleep and my cupcakes burned! At least it woke Victor up on time for work!!!

On Saturday, I was so hungover but I knew I had to make Victor's bday cake! I wanted to make this one...

But it ended up coming out like this, because the cake was so small...


Not too shabby considering...right? I didn't think so...and neither did he....



OH MY GOODNESS tell me he does not need a freakin haircut!?!?!

anyway so we went to eat at the restaurant and took up the whole place...basically!



We had a blast! We then ended up @ Daniel's beer pong fest...here's a pic but for some reason my flash is acting up!



We got home super late and had to wake up at 8 to head to six flags on Sunday (my Love's actual b-day!) Ugggh talk about tired and hungover....we finally made it there @ 12!! BUT we still managed to have so much fun! Victor, Tavo & Omar went on the Dive Devil together, that ride that you pay extra for @ six flags, it was so funny that me, Alisha & Leslie went on too!



We had the most fun ever!


We didn't want to buy a group pic so we took one at the last minute! Hahahahaha we all look so cold and tired!


We then went to eat pupusas! YUMMM so delicious!





BUT our day wasn't over yet! We proceeded to uptown to grab a couple of drinks...well a couple turned into a lot! We went to Havana but it was crowded & really really loud!!!! BOOOO so we went to firehouse and they have my favorite drink snakebites they are the BEST drink EVER!!!! Sooooo good! Well my love and Jorge weren't ready to go home yet so we went to Joe's BBQ...I think that's what its called and my love made his own margarita with corona in it! HAHAHAHAHAHAH



Hahahahahaha the beer was too big and the margarita was too small! He was trying to remake this one...


We had so much fun this weekend it was crazy! Maybe, that's why it took me so long to write this blog! :) I hope you enjoyed it! I'll leave you with this picture of little Fox playing football! :D

B-days!!!!

So it's almosttttttt the love of my life's birthday! :) I LOVE birthdays! I wish he would have just TOLD me what he wanted to do, instead he rather just turn down every single idea that I sent his way...so finallyyyyyy after going back and forth with him for two weeks, I decided that he doesn't get a choice anymore! I am going to decide and he's going to have the BEST time ever!

So, we're going to go to dinner at this little mexican food restaurant right down the street from our house, called El Buen Gusto! It is the smallest little place! BUT it is so delicious! Like ridiculously delicious, and they have the BEST $5 margaritas that you will ever find!!

AND on Sunday (his actual birthday) we are going to Six Flags magic Mountain! There is going to be over ten people going so we should have the BEST time ever! AND then to end his 26th birthday weekend on Monday we are going GOLFING! YAY!! Let's just hope it doesn't rain any of these days this weekend, because it is going to be a blast!

NOW off I go to find a design for a delicious cake! He asked me if I could make him a cake, and then said, NO nevermind! I don't want a cake I don't want anyone to sing happy birthday to me, so make me cupcakes instead! hahahahaha so I'm going to make him both cupcakes & a wonderful tasting and looking cake! ONCE I figure it out I'll let you know!!
