Books!

I was reading The Curious Pug the other day and she does a books I'm currently reading segment (is that what you call it?) well anywho she does that and I love it! I love reading, even if I don't always make time or do it! I LOVE it so much!!! There really is nothing better then getting caught up in a book, really!

Second reason I want to start doing this post, is BECAUSE I have realized that I forget what I read once I'm finished reading the book even though I KNOW it's a GREAT book!!! Which is kinda a win-win because I could read an amazing book again and it will be like I had never read it :) (yes, the same thing happens when I watch amazing movies) whatev my memory is terrible I know!

Sooooo I am going to talk about some of the books that I have just recently or stick out in my mind here's a couple for you (umm and me) :)

First one is,
MY MOST ABSOLUTELY FAVORITE BOOK IS...
The Five People You Meet in Heaven
by Mitch Albom

It really, really is my favorite book and when anyone asks for a great read I always recommend this one! If you haven't read it, get it on iBooks, or Amazon or wherever you get your books from because it truly is amazing and shows you that even the smallest encounters that you have with people can make a lasting impact on them.

Next, is the most recent book that I actually just finished reading two days ago, it is Here Comes Trouble by Michael Moore!

It was really really good, and even though I love and have seen EVERY SINGLE one of Michael Moore's movies I had no idea where he came from or what he did before these amazing movies! And now I do! Did you know that he didn't go to film school? And that he actually made his first movie, Roger and Me using most of his own money! Or, that he was the youngest person in the country to run for public office, he literally ran for office when he was 17 and turned 18 right before the actual election! After reading this book it made me that much more appreciative of all that he does, he's an amazing role model that is not afraid to stand up for what believes is good for the common good, and America!

Okay, so the last one that I am going to talk about is my obsession of Celebrity books, I swear I love them! Which is probably the reason I love biographies so much I love learning about people, hence why I like blogs? And "reality" TV people fascinate me! So, I've read

Kardashian Konfidential by Kourtney, Khloe & Kim Kardashian

Love, Lust & Faking it by Jenny McCartney

Uncharted TerriTORI by Tori Spelling

Bossy Pants by Tina Fey

I do, Now what? By Guilianna & Bill Rancic

I guess that's all BUT I want to read so many more Oh! Wait! I think you can include Michael Moore's book in there but I already talked about that one.

So out of all of these "celebrity" books, I have absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED I do, Now What? I was really surprised that I would like it so much because usually celebrities don't get married forever, or at least it doesn't seem like it. BUT this couple really seems like they are in it for the long haul and it is an amazing story!

Okay, so right now I just started reading....

Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson

and so far it is so far it is so good. I'll let you know how it turns out, it might take me awhile because it's like 1700 pages on my iPad.

Until Next Time :)
